RULES FOR THE USE OF THE OUTDOOR HOT TUB
1. Rules for the Use of the Outdoor Hot Tub:
1.1. The outdoor hot tub may be used by a maximum of 5 people at a time.
1.2. Guests must shower before using the hot tub.
1.3. Children must be under the continuous supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times while using the hot tub.
1.4. CHILDREN AND ADULTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED from climbing onto, sitting on or standing on the hot tub cover.
1.5. Parents or legal guardians assume full responsibility for the safety of children while using the hot tub, as well as when going to and from it.
1.6. Before allowing children to use the hot tub, parents or legal guardians must ensure that the water temperature is appropriate and safe for them.
1.7. There is a risk of slipping in the vicinity of the hot tub. Be particularly cautious when walking around it, as wet surfaces may be slippery and cause falls. This risk is higher during winter, when extra care must be taken.
1.8. Entering and exiting the hot tub must be done carefully and without rushing.
1.9. The hot tub may only be used for its intended purpose.
1.10. No electrical devices, including mobile phones and other electronic equipment, may be placed or used within 1.5 metres of the hot tub.
1.11. The hot tub water temperature must not exceed 40°C. The recommended water temperature is 36–37°C. Children and pregnant women, who are more sensitive to heat, require a lower water temperature, which must not exceed 38°C.
1.12. It is prohibited to throw or pour any objects or substances into the hot tub, including essential oils, bath bombs, bubble bath products and similar items.
1.13. Diving and remaining underwater for extended periods are prohibited.
1.14. Before using the hot tub, remove all accessories and other items that could fall into and obstruct the filter or jets, such as chains, pendants and similar objects.
1.15. It is prohibited to move, remove or otherwise interfere with the operation of the water filter. Do not insert hands or any foreign objects into the filter area.
1.16. IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED to insert any objects, including fingers or other body parts, into the hot tub jets.
1.17. The hot tub control panel may only be operated in accordance with the instructions shown in the image below. Unauthorised changes to settings or functions are prohibited.
1.18. Using the hot tub as a toilet is strictly prohibited.
1.19. Placing or keeping lit candles on the edges of the hot tub is prohibited.
1.20. Glass items are prohibited in the hot tub area, including wine glasses, glass bottles and similar objects.
1.21. Using the hot tub while under the influence of alcohol or medication may intensify the effects of these substances. Particular caution is therefore required.
1.22. The hot tub may only be used by persons who are in good health and do not have infectious diseases or symptoms of such diseases.
1.23. If a guest intends to use the hot tub during pregnancy or has any chronic medical condition, the guest is responsible for ensuring that their family doctor has confirmed that using the hot tub is safe. The same requirement applies when parents intend to bathe infants or young children in the hot tub.
1.24. The hot tub must not be used if any damage is detected. In such cases, the property management must be notified immediately.
1.25. The hot tub may only be used by persons included in the confirmed reservation. Inviting or allowing any persons not listed in the reservation to use the hot tub is strictly prohibited.
1.26. The hot tub must not be used for bathing or placing animals in it.
1.27. SMOKING IN THE HOT TUB IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
1.28. Any damage to the hot tub cover, improper use of the cover or careless handling of it is strictly prohibited.
1.29. The hot tub must not be used during thunderstorms, including hailstorms, or in other unsuitable weather conditions.
1.30. The use of the outdoor hot tub is subject to an additional fee of EUR 80*, which covers the use of the outdoor hot tub for one (1) reservation day. A reservation day begins at 16:00 and ends at 11:00 the following day. If guests stay for several days and wish to use the outdoor hot tub on additional days, payment must be made for each day the outdoor hot tub is used.
1.31. After using the hot tub, switch off the bubble function and lighting, close the safety cover and secure it properly.
*If a guest has booked a stay that includes the use of the outdoor hot tub, no additional payment is required.
1.CHANGING THE HOT TUB SETTINGS WITHOUT AUTHORISATION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Lighting
Bubble function
Water temperature
3.CHILDREN ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM PRESSING THE CONTROL PANEL BUTTONS OR CHANGING THE HOT TUB SETTINGS.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to the Rules for the Use of the Outdoor Hot Tub. I undertake to comply with all rules and instructions concerning the SAFE use of the hot tub.
As the reservation holder and the person responsible for the guests included in my reservation, I confirm that I have informed all guests listed in the reservation of the Rules for the Use of the Outdoor Hot Tub and explained their obligation to comply with these rules.
I undertake to ensure that all other guests included in my reservation also comply with the Outdoor Hot Tub Rules and safety requirements.
I confirm that the Rules for the Use of the Outdoor Hot Tub have been made available to me and that I understand them.
